Crisis

Sitting in a room with no light, wondering what it is that will end the night

Gripping the razor tight in cold shaking hands. You say you won’t but the voice says you can. Urging on your misery.. anticipating catastrophe but you cry out you cry out you’re

Battered and

Bruised

Hopeless

And bogged down

By chains that shouldn’t weigh so much,

Don’t you know you can be saved by the blood

You never thought He’d hear your desperate cry, thought you were all alone but He answered your question; “why?” He was patiently waiting all along, to pick your troubles up an lighten up your load

He” brought

Love and

Comfort

Hope

And peace

By the blood of Him who loves you so

I’m so glad that Jesus died for us

Now we’re

Joyful

In freedom

Saved

And set free

By the blood of Him who loves you so

I’m so glad that Jesus died for us

This has been on my heart to publish. Lots of people are struggling with hopelessness and depression but there is hope.

I’m not a cutter but I’ve been hurt before. Life is rough, I know what pain is. It isn’t easy, but you can close that door.

Trust in God, lean into Him. He can get you through it.
